At an early age Jason began competing in track and field. He earned a full athletic scholarship to a Div. 1 NCAA program and graduated with a degree in Health and Human Performance. Jason's journey as a student athlete instilled the discipline, motivation and consistency required to be successful. Being a sprinter emphasized the importance of technique and mental strength necessary to compete at an elite level. It was these key fundamentals of physical fitness that Jason was passionate about when starting Kickstart Fitness.

Jason's motivation is to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle and to positively impact the mental and physical barriers that everyone encounters. Jason's goal is to share the knowledge and experience he gained to a diverse demographic of people in search for a healthier life. Jason insists on simplifying health and fitness for clients to better understand, trust and believe in what they are capable of achieving.
