Jason Fisher conducts the Strength and Conditioning for the National Basketball Program. Jason prepares the men and women physically for basketball competition so they can compete on the world stage of Tournaments and the Olympics.

Jason implements and leads an indoor, off-season strength conditioning regimen. The weekly program consists of sport-specific conditioning drills and exercises targeted at two different age groups: under 16, and under 12 girls. The program helps ensure that the soccer players are in top form before the season even begins.
